752 FRANCE - 'SLIDE-RULE' POSTAGE CALCULATOR: Fine example of the rare card postal 'slide-rule' - this example produced for the Societé Normus of St Louis - with postal rates as applied in August 1927. A card insert that slides within a printed sleeve enables the calculation of rates for various weights of letter, card, samples, parcels, newspapers, insured mail, telegrams, mandats, COD etc. Very light crease to one side otherwise fine.
