1088 2002 1st RED (UNISSUED MACHIN TRIAL) with phosphor band layout, perf. 15 x 14 with one elliptical hole on each vertical side, a used example of this rare trial. The third recorded used example of this trial brought about by the GPO's attempts to conform with the 1995 Disability Act. The trials were sent as booklets to various charities for opinions and some were not returned. This adhesive was discovered in a charity mixture and is being offered on behalf of charities for the blind so please bid generously. £180
