1053 2002 1st red (unissued Machin trial) with phosphor band layout, perf 15 x 14 with one elliptical hole on each vertical side, a USED example of this rare trial. The third recorded used example of this trial brought about by the GPO attempting to conform with the 1995 Disability Act. The trials were sent as booklets to various charities for opinions, some were not returned. This example was discovered in a charity mixture.
