TO A P&O PASSENGER; 9 Jan. 1902 & 13 Nov. 1902 pair of envs. with KEVII 1d's (the first an early usage) tied by v. fine "BIRMINGHAM" c.d.s.'s, addressed to a Mr. Lee on P&O SS 'Coromandel' (at "HONG KONG" redirected to Bombay with "VICTORIA/HONG KONG" backstamp) and then SS 'Massilia' (at Colombo); they depict unusual native head-gear and a late-night reveller returning to his wife's (?) bedroom somewhat drunk!
