There are fine transit d.s.'s of Liverpool (red "PAID/BR. PACKET" c.d.s.) and London ("REGISTERED" oval) but there is also a very fine rare boxed "POSTED OUT/OF COURSE" mark on the front (struck where?), because the card was intended to be registered but was posted in a normal postbox in Oil Rivers.
