| 3239 | Each of the following 20 lots comprises an unused G.P.O. railway time bill headed by the royal arms and bearing the date and number of copies printed (usually 500). Each station of call, location of mail bag apparatus and expected time of arrival and departure is listed. Actual times were to be completed in manuscript by the officer in charge of the Mail, with explanation of any delay or incident. Each bill was printed as a postal entire with the address panel on the reverse headed : "OHMS". As they were for internal use by the G.P.O., examples are very elusive and there are no duplicates from the collection. Condition is good to very good, unless otherwise indicated.
