786 BEFORE AND AFTER THE STAMP COMMITTEE PRESENTATION BOOK: An example of the "Before and After The Stamp Committee" three page book containing the original adhesives except for the 9d plate 5 which has been substituted with a 9d plate 4 MK and the 1/- purple which has been substituted with a 1/- orange-brown plate 13 ND. The majority of the adhesives are very fresh although some foxing is evident on some. The book contains a written note stateing "Baught at the late Dowager Duchess of Manchester Sale at Osborne House Ou Hastings October 1907".
