| 247 | PAQUEBOT 'PASTEUR' - RARE 'ALBINO SURCHARGE' VARIETY: A rare unrecorded variety of the 1941 70c green stamp featuring the ship without the 1f surcharge: the stamp remained unissued when originally printed in 1939 and was only released with the red 1f surcharge in aid of seamans families in 1941.
