| 1399 | 1996 Robert Burns 19p complete mint sheet of 100 (folded) with the perfs. between columns 7 & 8 not properly alighed, leading to dramatic misshaping of the stamps in these columns (getting smaller & narrower to the foot of the seventh column and larger & wider to the foot of the eighth column); in addition the horizontal perfs. in the seventh column are two rows higher throughout resulting in "ROBERT BURNS 1759-1796" appearing at the top of 8 stamps and not at all on the top stamps of each pane.
