Africa'' , franked by 1d lilacs (3) tied by Pittenweem duplexes. On arrival the letter was charged with a handstruck ''3d'' mark but this was cancelled by the Cape Town Inspector's ''1'' in oval diamond and the final ''9d'' charge added in m/s.
